The Country House Montali is located in one of the most beautiful positions in Umbria and Tuscany. The farm is surrounded by secular wood of ilex and arbutus and olive groves. In the centre of the property an old stone farm house, completely restored according to tradition welcomes the guest in a wonderful and silent peace. The owners take personal care of the cuisine which is exclusively vegetarian, with a wide use of organic farm and dairy products.
