Melin Consultants provide energy modelling calculations for local authorities, architects, builders & developers. We specialise in Part L of the Building Regulations and sustainability assessing of new buildings. We are qualified to issue certification in all the following fields: BREEAM, Code for Sustainable Homes, EPC, SBEM, SAP and air-tightness testing. Additional services include sunlight, daylight and solar gain indicators to enable designers reach a better understanding of the impact a new building may have on the occupants.
