Waste reduction practices are applied wherever possible with an extensive recycling program integrated throughout the hotel. We’ve installed water-efficient faucets and fixtures to reduce the waste of water per guest room. All kitchens are fully-equipped with ENERGY STAR® rated appliances. Even our cleaning products are green!

This 100 years old homestay is situated admist the dense green canopy of mangosteen, nutmeg, jack-fruit, rambuttan trees and also organic vegetable garden. We serve all the variety and richness of traditional Kerala cuisine with farm fresh products. And also we organize cooking lessons for the guests at Maya Heritage, Maya Heritage goes to its best lengths in ensuring eco-friendly surroundings inside the complex. Along with standard facilities, the enterprise with equal zeal

Out of love for nature, we have selected natural materials for the furnishings, such as: parquet flooring in the rooms; linen and cotton fabrics, traditional handwork created in the town of Anghiari in Tuscany, Italy.

Out of respect for the environment, the cleaning products we use are biodegradable and the electric power to light the rooms is ecological.

Out of love for the animals, our breakfast buffet is not only made with organic produce, but it is also purely vegetarian and vegan.

Also the forests of the Spessart nature parks that are in the immediate vicinity invite you to relax.
