Our menu is mostly vegetarian, meaning there is no meat, fish or poultry is used. Sustainable business practices:  this includes buying locally and using organic ingredients as much as possible. We serve vegetarian and vegan fare as well as free-range, all natural, hormone free meats and eggs.

Paradox uses, when affordable and available, organic produce, organic grains, organic tofu and tempeh, free range eggs and hormone free meats. We like to support our community and environment by purchasing our ingredients with local businesses and co-ops, that focus on sustainability, and recycling all that we are able.

VegeThai is the first and only real vegetarian Thai food. Almost everything is vegan, a few dishes have whey so are vegetarian friendly. No fish sauce, no oyster sauce, no shrimp paste. Some dishes are spicy; spicyness can be made to your preference.
